"I am a passionate and ambitious User Experience professional with exceptional experience in enterprise applications — fourteen years of translating human needs into digital reality."

My practice spans the full UX process: from Quantitative and Qualitative Research, Field Studies and Diary Studies, through Empathy Mapping, Persona Creation and Ideation, to high-fidelity Prototypes, Usability Testing, A/B Testing, and UX Audits.

I've shaped experiences for complex B2B enterprise platforms, consumer-facing B2C products, and eCommerce applications across industries including environmental tech, retail, banking, and enterprise software. I bring the same rigour to client management and sprint facilitation as I do to craft.

Currently, I am the Lead Product Designer at Cleanearthinc, working on CORE and Connect+, a Waste management Cloud platform serving one of the nation's leading environmental remediation companies.
